Pregnancy Unboxed, an antenatal event presented by The Stork Box, is an unique opportunity to combine health, fitness and education for Mums-to-be.

We understand that as an expectant mother you are going through an array of changes both mentally and physically. Our event will offer an experience like no other and allow attendees to leave feeling more prepared for the journey ahead.

The Event will take place at Platinum Pilates Clonskeagh and will include:

• Preparing for Labour and Postnatal care with Dr Vicky O'Dwyer, Obstetrician/Gynaecologist

• Antenatal Mat Pilates Class brought to you by Platinum Pilates

• Preparing for Breastfeeding with Nicola O'Byrne, Breastfeedingsupport.ie

Plus enjoy refreshments, snacks and a goodie bag.
