About this event

Pregnancy Yoga is a beautiful way to connect to your baby. My classes are slow and gentle and are suitable if you have no previous yoga experience. I have 3 young children and each pregnancy was completely different so I know too well of the different highs & lows that can arise throughout pregnancy. Everyone’s journey is different. It is my passion to guide you not only through gentle movement and breathing techniques but to guide & encourage you to connect to your baby too.

These classes are a great way to connect to like minded people. Each class we will focus on breathing techniques for labour, positive self talk, some lovely stretches , pelvic floor awareness, rest and relaxation with some beautiful guided Yoga Nidras.

It will be an hours class each Thursday for the 6 weeks, 7-8pm. I will send you out a link of a recorded home practice that you will have for the 6 weeks so if you have to miss a week for whatever reason you will have that practice. You can do it as many times as you wish, even just skipping to the relaxation at the end.

You will need a cushion, a blanket and some water. I always advise wearing warm comfy clothes as it’s a slow and gentle practice so we want to stay warm.
