8 Prenatal Yoga Videos, recorded live in studio and online, for you to use whenever and wherever you want this summer!

About this event

This course includes 8 Prenatal Yoga videos - suitable for low risk healthy pregnancies, from 12-14 weeks with doctor/midwife's consent.

These recordings of live in studio and online classes start with meditation, breathwork and a warm up, before some strengthening poses, and finishing with some pelvic floor exercises before a nourishing guided relaxation.

Everything is adapted specially for the second and third trimester of pregnancy, helping you to connect to yourself, bond with your baby, and feel strong, empowered and prepared for birth. It is useful to have yoga blocks and a bolster, but a few pillows, blankets and a heavy book will do fine too.

You will have unlimited access to 8 videos to use whenever and wherever you want from now up to September 5th.

Remember that you are responsible for your body and it is important to go gently and only do what feels right for you, especially during pregnancy. These classes are intended for low risk healthy pregnancies, from 12-14 weeks with doctor/midwife's consent. If you have any injuries or issues please get in touch before booking.

I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2012 and practicing since 2003.  Before teaching Yoga I was an English and French teacher, teaching has been part of my life for a long time! I feel very fortunate to share yoga with others, and I’m passionate about guiding people as they breathe, move, meditate and most importantly,  listen to themselves.  

I teach public and private classes, all online now - hatha yoga, yin yoga, chakra yoga, and meditation.  I’ve taught a wide range of students from children and complete beginners to trainee teachers.  I am continually studying to improve my teaching skills and knowledge, and in the past year I have also started to assist on teacher training courses.  I’ve also delivered workshops on the chakra, yoga nidra, prenatal & postnatal yoga, meditation and more.
