Keynote : Jane Mellet
Jane is Laudato Sí Officer at Trócaire, promoting Laudato Sí in Ireland. Jane was also Project Co-ordinator of 'Our Common Home', the eco-project of World Meeting of Families in 2018. Prior to that Jane worked as a parish pastoral worker in the Archdiocese for 8 years. She studied Music, Theology and graduate Scripture in Maynooth, taught in England, travelled the world. Jane is also a former Presentation student.
Pádraic Fogarty
Pádraic is an ecologist and environmental scientist. He was chair of the Irish Wildlife Trust from 2008-2012, editor of the magazine 'Irish Wildlife' from 2009-2018 and currently serves as their campaign officer. He is author of the 2017 book 'Whittled Away -Ireland's vanishing nature'
This event is free. Tea/coffee will be served on arrival at 10 am and lunch provided at 1pm.
