Pride Party Bus Tour of Clare – 24 October

The first ever county-wide Clare Pride Festival on Sunday 24th October will start with a party bus tour of the Banner County, featuring celebrations, music, drag queens, refreshments, finger food and more.
The wheelchair-accessible Party Bus will start in Killaloe at 11am but you can join at any stage as the roadshow passes through Shannon, Ennis, Kilkee, Spanish Point and finishes at Doolin on the Wild Atlantic Way. At some of these stops there will be entertainment, refreshments and a chance to mingle. See approximate stop times below.
The Party Bus Tour is free but you need to book a ticket on this page (see button on the right).
Here are the rough times for each party stop:
- 11am: Killaloe – launch at Lakeside Hotel. This will be a youth focused event. Depart Killaloe at 12.15pm.
- 1:15pm: Shannon – Skycourt Shopping Centre. Depart Shannon at 1.35pm.
- 2pm: Ennis – venue TBC. Finger food and celebrations. Depart Ennis at 3.15pm
- 4:15pm Kilkee. Depart Kilkee at 5pm
- 5:30pm: Spanish Point – Armada Hotel. Finger food and refreshments.
- 6.30pm: Hotel Doolin.
The tour will finish at Hotel Doolin where the Pride Party will kick off at 8pm, with a drag queen cabaret and a DJ. Tickets for the party are €12, with free tickets available for anyone who can’t afford – book tickets for the party at this link: https://clareprideparty2021.eventbrite.ie
There will be a free bus back to Ennis on Monday morning for those who need it.
If you don’t get a ticket for the bus, you can also follow the tour by car.
