What is the refund policy?

100% refund up to 30 days before the date of the course. Within 30 days, refunds are depending on a replacement being available on the waiting list.

What is my risk of 'death by Powerpoint' on this training?

Very low. Each hour, the participants will be broken up into groups of four to work together on a series of specific problems. The theory behind the solving of these problems with then be discussed and explored. The group will then apply the new learning to a set of new problems.
