Arvo is a specialist procurement consultancy that assists organisations to achieve procurement objectives, business efficiencies and commercial savings. Amanda is a founding Director of BWL Consulting. She is an experienced Bid Professional and has vast experience of the Irish Public-Sector Tendering arena. She has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the tendering process, from identifying strategic opportunities, developing a library from scratch to leading complex consortium submissions for nationwide managed services. She has successfully delivered on tenders in the Recruitment, Education, Transport and Construction industries with particular success in all aspects of Healthcare, including Mental Health, Care of the Elderly and Homecare Solutions.
Many of Amanda's clients are first time tenderers who have now developed a successful tender strategy for their business. She have worked with a wide range of SME clients in ROI, NI and the UK .
Throughout this webinar, Amanda will discuss the process of writing a tender providing tips and advice, what mistakes to avoid, what to learn from an unsuccessful bid and much more.
