Description

Prose writing taster with Kevin Curran - ideal for those who want to get a taste of what happens in a creative writing workshop. Run by an experienced facilitator who has led writing classes with the IWC in the past.

Places will be held on a first-come-first-served basis.

Kevin Curran is the author of two critically acclaimed novels, Beatsploitation (Liberties Press, 2013) and Citizens (Liberties Press, 2016). His short story, 'Saving Tanya', from Young Irelanders (New Island, 2015) was Longlisted for the Irish Book Awards ‘Short Story of the Year.’ This year he has published stories in The Tangerine and The Penny Dreadful and the anthology, Stinging Fly Stories. Non-fiction has appeared in The Guardian and the Observer. He teaches in Dublin.
