About this event
All are invited to an open meeting being held by ARG-GL this Saturday in the Teachers Club.
We will be holding it after the Rally for Housing, but are planning to start around 3.30PM.
The headline topic is "Labour, Climate Crisis and Political Action". The questions we want to raise are:
- How should the left be organising in the fight against climate crisis?
- How do we put the interests of working people front and centre when mainstream green politics ignores our interests and damages climate activism daily?
- With apathy rife but class warfare in full swing, are the structures of the left fit for purpose in Ireland in 2022?
ARG-GL have put together a programme on what we think needs to happen. We want to discuss these ideas with other activists and workers to build a better ecosocialist movement.
All are welcome. Registration not required but appreciated.
