Online yoga class with Orla Punch

About this Event

Class Details

  • Wednesday's class has a focus on building physical and mental strength with the Warrior Sequence.
  • All you need is access to Zoom, a yoga mat, a cushion or two, a sturdy thick book or block. Additionally if you are new to these poses a chair or back of your sofa will help.
  • The class will begin at 7pm, please try to join 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
  • If you would like to do the class but cannot make it at 7pm, then please feel free to sign up and I will send the recording to you afterwards so you can carry out your practise in your own time.
