About this event
Learn how ancient Chinese gentle movement can help you improve your health and wellness. No experience is required. No age limited.
Qi Gong is all about relaxtion and energy.
So if it stresses you out to join our 1 hour Qigong class in the Park, don’t stress about it. Just do as much as you can… We only start with gentle movement.
Our invitation to you is to really notice how you feel before you practice, during your practice, and then afterward. Pay particular attention to any shifts you feel in your body, mind, and emotions.
They may be subtle at first. You may not feel anything… or you may feel a relaxed sense of energy flowing through your body.
There is no right way to do Qi Gong, there is only the way that works for you. There is only the way that works for your body and your energy.
Some people feel a tingling sensation through their hands and fingers, while others do not.
Some people feel a deep inner peace, others feel revved up for their day.
At its core, Qi Gong is a set of tools and resources you can use to take charge of your health, happiness, and energy. It focuses on true holistic health or “whole being” health by addressing all of who you are: mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
The practice focuses on cultivating your own life-force energy… so you gain access to your own inner power and vitality.
We often don’t know what to do with the stress of modern life. With the stress of work, kids, family, and responsibilities, life can get completely overwhelming.
Qi Gong will show that you can become the calm in the middle of the storm. You can access your best self in every moment, and reduce the effects of stress on your body.
So, do you want to feel relaxiation in your body and mind? If yes, please join us in the People's Park, Waterford.
