A collaboration of Poets and Visual Artists who join together to commemorate the Record Break Art Poetry Exposition in which twelve ekphrastic poems are on display alongside the corresponding works of visual art, and includes poetry by Mike Douse and Knute Skinner.

These complimentary works exemplify the artist's response to the poem: we are entirely open as to which came first: the artwork or the poem, for in early years we invited painters to respond to poems while, more recently, we have invited the reverse. [In one or two instances, an individual is both poet and painter.]

This Record Break Art Poetry book, to be published in March 2021, comprises fourteen poems and fourteen corresponding images of original visual artworks. Creations in each art medium are placed on display, side by side, in this beautifully crafted limited edition book.
