Building our new brewery and distillery in Fossa has been our most challenging and rewarding endeavor to date but it’s the people that will make this place truly special.

Now is the perfect time to take control of your future and be part of something truly exciting as we edge ever closer to opening Ireland's largest independently owned co-located brewery, distillery and visitor centre with our very own restaurant and bar.

We will be hosting a recruitment open day on Monday 27th, with time slots between 8:30am – 2pm at our new campus just outside Killarney town on the Ring of Kerry road. This exciting new venture is looking for team members across all areas.

Roles will include all types of food and beverage positions, chefs of all grades, retail team members and brand ambassadors.
