"Renting and Risk", a Threshold and Citizens Information Board report

Join us on October 13th at 9:45am in Buswells Hotel where the Chair of the RTB, Tom Dunne, will launch "Renting and Risk", a Threshold and Citizens Information Board Report. 

The findings of the research will be presented by researcher Ciara Morley of Morley Economic Consulting. With access to over 90,000 queries from Threshold and Citizen Information Services over a two year period, the research provides a rich insight into the difficulties and barriers experienced by people in accessing and retaining suitable and affordable housing, with particular reference to those relying on the private rented sector for social housing.

A set of policy recommendations are set out on foot of the findings of the research.
