Event description

Description

This course offers a rich insight into the world of thought leadership focused on sustainable business. Working with examples and case studies, participants will gain a historical perspective on what responsible leadership means in various contexts. Participants will evaluate the cross-cultural perspective of business in human history and reframe corporate governance for a larger business purpose.

Project teams will present a first review of their sustainability projects to clarify the added-value of their project in the larger business context. Participants will review projects both top-down and bottom-up to highlight potential weaknesses and disconnections, establishing a revised project plan with deliverables around key priorities.
