About this event
- 90 minutes of traditional Hatha Yoga / Yin Yoga
- 60 minutes Sound bath Meditation
This workshop is for beginners/intermediate. Maryam adapts the class to individual needs.
Dunkitt Zen is an old reconverted barn in south Kilkenny.

Bio:
Maryam studied yoga in India with over a 1000 hrs + of Yoga teacher trainings. With a background in music, she immersed herself into nada yoga (sound therapy) and learned deep techniques to bring us into a deep meditative state of bliss. She is also a complimentary therapist using several healing modalities. At present, she is a full time sound therapist with a yogic mix at Dunkitt Zen.
