Please note: Attendance at all three sessions is required to complete the course.
This training is open to individuals who have previously completed CDI’s Getting Started with Restorative Practices course.
Designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding and build confidence in leading restorative processes, this course provides practical, hands-on experience in facilitation.
On this course, participants will learn how to facilitate:
- Restorative Circles – Promote stronger relationships, shared understanding, and collaborative problem-solving within groups.
- Restorative Meetings – Effectively manage and resolve interpersonal or group conflict in a structured, respectful way.
- Restorative Conferences- Address serious wrongdoing, ensuring accountability and healing for all involved.
Whether you're working in education, youth work, community development, or any setting that values relationship-building and conflict resolution, this training will support your growth as a restorative practitioner.
