About this Event
This conference is organised by UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science, with the support of UCD Institute of Food and Health and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Ireland.
The symposium aims to focus on an integrated approach to food production, land use and healthy diets and is targeted towards food industry professionals and academics who wish to learn more about the relationships between activities relating to the production, processing, distribution and utilisation of food within the boundaries of climate change mitigation and a healthier world.
