What is this webinar about?

As the lockdown restrictions continue to ease and as Society and Organisations reopen, it is critical that all Organisations ensure the effective implementation of the Return to Work Safely Protocols and implement practical HR measures.

We will discuss practical considerations, answer key questions and provide guidance for Organisations on what they need to do and what they should consider in this area. We will also share our insights into other key impacts for Organisations on changing the HR and Employment Law landscape, including updates to employment legislation.

Derek McKay, Managing Director at Adare Human Resource Management

Derek McKay, BBS, Chartered MCIPD, is an experienced HR and Employment Law practitioner who has worked extensively in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors.

Derek’s role involves overseeing the HR and Employment Law support services provided to clients across a wide range of sectors by the team of consultants within Adare Human Resource Management. Derek is currently is a member of the CIPD National Committee and a member of Workplace and Skills Taskforce with Chambers Ireland.
