The Right to Read Literacy Conference will take place in Dublin Castle on 23rd September 2015 to launch the implementation of Local Authority literacy support networks, set out in the Programme for Government 2011-2016.
The conference will be opened by the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, Alan Kelly. T.D. and will provide a basis for the establishment of co-ordinated literacy support by local authorities within communities.
