Join Bella this summer in the surroundings of gorgeous mystic Irish mountains!

As we shift to a lovely transition from spring to summer, it is a time of longer and warmer days, a time of enlightenment where will be absorbing the energy from nature as we transition and bloom into summer.

It is time to rise up and shine together through the coming season!

The wonderful weekend will aim to uplift your body and soul with daily hatha yoga practices, mindfulness meditation, walks, pranayama and chanting, whilst exploring the lovely surroundings of the Wicklow mountains in Ireland.

Bella will be bringing together all her love, kindness and inspiration over the weekend to take you deeper into this blissful time of joy, togetherness, warmth and loads and loads of self-love.

After leaving her native country of Brazil, Bella spent many years travelling the World, immersing herself in nature and finding inspiration in the people she meets and places she goes.

Yoga started for Bella when she was working in London and needed to find a gateway for stress relief and reconnection with the body after many years of studying in University, working hard and trying to find her own way in life. Little did she know that was the beginning of such an inspiring journey for her body, mind and spirit.

Having finally left the big city after 11 years, enchanted by the emerald island she has been living in Dublin since 2015 where she qualified and started to realise her dream as a yoga instructor.

Bella's commitment is to inspire people to connect with themselves and find their true purpose and powers through the practice of yoga with all the love that she can put into her classes.

Passionate about health, wellbeing and mindfulness, she will bring her full commitment and dedication to yoga in order to create empowerment, strength, alignment and self-discovery regardless of where you are in your own  journey.
