The second in a series of workshops being offered Free of Charge through Belfast City Council's Think.Do.Be. Programme.

Workshop Overview
Many entrepreneurs and owner-managers are very strong technically but lack either the skills or the confidence to proactively engage with prospective customers in a way that maximises the probability of winning new sales. Consequently, their businesses often fail to reach their full potential. This workshop focuses on the practical ways that entrepreneurs and owner-managers can significantly increase the prospect of winning new business.

The workshop will focus on the best practice techniques used by the most successful sales people, namely:

  1. The imperative of thorough preparation before every sales meeting.
  2. The secrets of establishing immediate credibility.
  3. How to differentiate your offering from other comparable suppliers.
  4. Asking for the business.

This workshop will be delivered by Simon Devlin of Full Circle Management Solutions.
