Culture Night 2020 is a little different!

This year we're inviting musicians of all ages to be part of our mega play along and join the biggest band the Midlands has ever seen!

EVENT DETAILS

You are invited to join with MGOW musicians team as we play the 50s classic hit Rock Around the Clock.

Everyone is invited...whatever you play, whatever your age...just dust off those instruments, download the music, watch our FaceBook live tutorials if you need a little help, have a practice and then join our mega play on the 27th at 4pm.

TAKING PART

We’ll hold the recording session on zoom, and will be using that gathering to make a video that we will share afterwards. Please note that by taking part in this event you are consenting to be in the video.

Following the zoom session, use the backing track to record the audio of you playing our arrangement. That mp3/ audio file should be sent into us following the 27th.

Play along zoom link will be emailed to ticket holders.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

For the event, you will need:

• Your Instrument or Voice
• Sheet music/ Lyrics for Rock Around the Clock
• Headphones if you have them (this helps the online experience a lot)
• A device to join the zoom and a 2nd device to record your audio
• Fancy dress if you feel up to it!
