About this event
Santa, Mrs. Claus and their Elves have been working hard to make this years’ experience even bigger and better.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your own personal elf, who will guide you the to Santa’s sleigh.Then Elf Pixie will bring you to meet Mrs Claus’ sister for story time with the children.
Elf Willow will bring the families to meet Santa and Mrs Claus in his grotto, where the children can tell him about their Christmas list and receive a very special Christmas gift.
The experience will be topped off with Santa’s special hot chocolate and marshmallows at our coffee house.
Tickets on sale now for our Outdoor Christmas Experience which is taking place on Saturday 3rd, Sunday 4th, Saturday 10th, Sunday 11th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December from 2pm - 5pm.
The price per ticket is €12.50 per child plus booking fee. Bookings can only be processed online. No charge for adults.
SPECIALS – Hot beverages including festive mulled wine will be available to purchase for adults.
If you would like to further your festive experience with us and dine in the hotel, advanced booking is advisable by calling reception on 0402-26200. €20 non-refundable booking deposit will be required on booking your table.

TO MAKE AN ONLINE BOOKING FOR SANTA:
1. Click on the first date you want on the booking calendar.
2. Select your preferred time slot and the number of children you wish to bring don't forget to give us the name and ages of the children.
3. All children visiting Santa must have purchased a ticket, regardless of age.
4. Fill out the simple booking form with your name and contact details - pay securely by credit card or Visa Debit.
5. Remember this is an outdoor event, so dress for the weather !
6. Maximum 2 adults are permitted per ticket.
7. You MUST print out this email & bring it with you on the day.
8. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your allocated slot.
9. All tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
10. Tickets are for sale online only, and cannot be purchased over the phone.
