Frontrunners Cork is open to our lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer and our ally community members of all abilities and levels of running from beginner to professional athlete!
We are proud to be an active social initiative centered around Cork City & surroundings and new members are always welcome to join our ranks.
We focus on providing a positive, vibrant social outlet mixed with a healthy twist to help your body and mind.
Our Couch to 5k (C25k) program has been successfully organised since 2018 and averages over 8 weeks. At the end of the 8 weeks a 5km run is taken on by all those who complete the course and these participants are then presented with a certificate to acknowledge this achievement.
Our C25k program is led by professionally certified coach/assistant coach(es) who are from within the Frontrunners group.
