We are so excited to host a group workout on Saturday afternoon at 3pm with the brilliant Paul Sharry.
Paul Sharry runs his own gym in Mullingar. His aim is to motivate and inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and a nutritious diet. He combines HIIT & Resistance training to help people of all ages and sizes achieve amazing long term results, feeling good inside and out.
His 80s hits inspired session will be something a bit different and sure to be a lot of fun combining tough workout and group challenges.
