Saturday Morning Yoga & Meditation Class - mixed levels

Donation based class.

Start your weekend with a 90-minute Yoga & Meditation class with Anna. The class will focus on breath awareness, building flexibility & strength, developing focus and concentration as well as relaxation.

The class will involve a short meditation at the start of the class, breathing techniques, yoga postures (asanas) and relaxation (shavasana).

• This is a mixed levels class. Beginners are welcome to join. Unsure if it's suitable for you, feel free to contact me!

• Have your mat and a cushion ready to sit on

• Best not to eat anything 2-3 hours before the class (if you need to eat, you can eat something light like a banana)

• Dial in 5 minutes before to get settled

If you have any medical conditions, especially high blood pressure, heart diseases or severe back problems, please contact me prior to the class.

This is a donation based class. Minimum donation €5

If you are unable to donate, please let me know in advance.
