traveledWhen Registering you will be asked if you have read and answered No to the questions on the Athletics Ireland-Covid 19 Screening Questionnaire below:

Question 1:

Do you have symptoms of cough, fever, high temperature, sore throat, runny nose, breathlessness or flu like symptoms now or in the past 14 days?

Question 2:

Have you or anyone in your household been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection in the last 14 days?

Question 3:

Have you been in close contact with a person who is a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days (i.e. less than 2 metres for more than 15 minutes altogether in 1 day)?

Question 4:

Have you or anyone in your household been advised by a doctor to self-isolate at this time?

Question 5:

International travel: Please ensure to carry out quarantine guidelines if you have traveled from any of the countries recommended - see guidelines: HERE

In the last 14 days have you to/from any of the countries mentioned requiring quarantine guidelines

Question 6:

Are you or anyone in your household in a period of self isolation and/or cocooning?

If your answer is yes to any of the above questions or have indicated to us that you have symptoms of COVID-19 you should not attend training. You will also not be able to proceed with this booking unless you are answering no to all of the above
