A Sunday morning class that aims to combine some twerking to help ease the discomfort of abdominal cramping and give you a dose of daily self love all topped off with some meditation.
This fun twerk out class was developed by myself, an endometriosis sufferer. I found at times that certain movements provided me with pain relief, comfort and helped me connect with my body more. Physical self care is a wonderful way to recharge, recalibrate and refocus.
This is a beginner and friendly class and totally inclusive of all people. No experience whatsoever is needed to attend. All you'll need is a comfortable surface and a soothing drink for the end of class.

By purchasing tickets and participating in said activities I am voluntarily agreeing to participate and I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury, physical harm. I acknowledge and represent that I am physically sound and I do not suffer from any illness, impairment, disease or other condition that would prevent me from participating in the class, performing any exercises. Classes will be recorded for promotional purposes - Participation is optional.
