For the third episode of Self-Care Sunday, IMAGE Group Contributing Editor Melanie Morris will be joined by Liz Costigan, qualified yoga teacher, fitness trainer and wellness advocate.
This episode is all about movement. While movement can mean different things to different people, Liz talks about how yoga, meditation and fitness contribute hugely to leading a healthy, happy, and balanced lifestyle for everyone.
All attendees can benefit from a 30 minute yoga class from Liz during the session - the perfect way to start a Sunday afternoon!
