Come along learn some mindfulness, meditation and breathwork techniques to positively transform and empower your own life.
About this event
There will be self reflection and a workbook provided.
We will work on clearing negative limiting beliefs, learning to accept and love oneself, and to increase self esteem and confidence . Our main focus will be on developing self love and compassion.
Tea, Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
