Testimonials:

I found this course very valuable in helping me better understand the idea and value of healthy boundaries between people. It also helped me explore and understand my own reactions in various situations, helping me find the freedom to better parent my children. This course gives valuable insights into where children and teenagers are coming from and tackles fundamental issues in parenting them. Anne Brannick is an excellent course facilitator and it is obvious that she puts into practice the principles on which the course is based. H. Mother of two children.

I felt that partaking in the course, helped me become more assertive, self- aware, and helped me develop insight into why I was doing things instead of beating myself up about things. (childcare team manager)

Made me more mindful of actions speaking to children and how I reacted to potentially stressful situations(childcare assistant)

I definitely have a better relationship to some of the children even ones I wouldn’t have had.(childcare assistant)
