John has been at the helm of Ergo for over 20 years as co-founder and CEO, spinning off two companies along the way – Fenergo and FlowForma . Under his leadership, Ergo has grown organically and through acquisition (CDSoft, iSite, Micromail) to become an IT services company with €60m revenue, 400 employees and a culture that reflects his capacity for continuous reinvention. He describes Ergo as “a mature company in constant start-up mode”, highlighting his appetite for innovation and change.
A graduate of Cranford University, London, he has qualifications in strategic management and marketing and is a member of the Irish Management Institute. He participated in the Leadership for Growth program in Stanford University, organised by Enterprise Ireland/Irish Software Association.

Aoibheann O’Brien, is co-founder of FoodCloud and CEO of FoodCloud Hubs which provides innovative solutions for surplus food for the food industry. Before becoming a successful and recognised social entrepreneur, Aoibheann worked as an investment banker in London. Aoibheann has been recognised for her efforts with awards, including the SEI Impact Award, Ben and Jerry's Join Our Core Winner and the 2016 Green Awards. Aoibheann has a BA in Law and Accounting and an MSc in Environmental Science.

Wayne Dignam is an award-winning business consultant and commercial manager, helping companies in many sectors win contracts around the world. In 2016 alone he helped companies win over
€ 190m by providing a range of bid support services through his company, Tender Team. Wayne specialises in helping companies tell their stories through compelling tenders and pitches that win valuable contracts. He inspires others through his own personal story, having spent most of his childhood in foster care. He founded the Care Leavers’ Network in 2014 to support other adults who also spent their childhoods in State Care. In 2015 Social Entrepreneurs Ireland awarded Wayne the Elevator Award, providing funding and mentoring to grow the Care Leavers’ Network, which now provides a range of advocacy, training and mentoring support to care leavers and foster parents in Ireland and abroad.
