In this webinar, Libby will focus on Sensory Processing Issues associated with Autism and the impact these can have on behaviour.

About this event

This webinar aims to help you identify behaviours that may be a result of sensory processing problems. Practical ideas will be discussed that aim to help reduce challenging behaviour.

Libby is a primary school teacher with over 14 years’ experience working in the area of Special Needs. She holds a Master’s in Education specialising in Autism, a Post-Graduate diploma in Autism and various other certificates relating to SEN. She has worked with children and adults in both school and residential services and with people living with mild to severe and profound physical and intellectual disabilities. Libby founded South Education Services in cork with the aim to empower people working or living with special needs to understand and develop inclusive practices for the benefit of children, their families and wider society.

This event will be hosted on Zoom by Offaly Libraries.
