How to take part
These sessions take place on Zoom. To get the most from the experience, please ensure you have downloaded Zoom (and are familiar with it) before we start. You’ll receive the link to the event when you book.
After the event, you will get access to a recording of it for three days. That way, you can replay, and enjoy, the session again as often as you like during those three days.
Safety
Most people can take part in these sessions. However, it is advised that people who are pregnant or epileptic do not. If you have any serious illness, please consult with your doctor before taking part.
