Síolta Awareness Raising Workshops

Description:

The Síolta Awareness Raising workshops aim to increase understanding, awareness and implementation of the 16 Síolta standards.

Each of the two workshops focuses on a particular group of Síolta standards and through individual reflection, small and large group reflection and activities, participants will increase their understanding of and become more familiar with the range of Síolta standards.

The training consists of two 3 hour workshops, descriptions are listed below for each workshop.

Please note that by booking this event, you commit to attending both workshops.

Dates and Times:

Workshop 1: Síolta Awareness Raising Workshop-Part 1

• Standards 1, 3, 4, 5, 14 (3 hours)

Date: Tuesday, 20th January 2026

Time: 3pm-6pm

Venue: Dublin City Childcare Committee

Workshop 2: Síolta Awareness Raising Workshop-Part 2

• Standards 2, 6, 7, 13, 16 (3 hours)

Date: Tuesday, 27th January 2026

Time: 3pm-6pm

Venue: Dublin City Childcare Committee

Booking criteria:

• This workshop is for practitioners/providers/childminders who are working in services under Dublin City Childcare Committee remit area only.
• Please note by registering for this event you will be signed up for both events. If for any reason you cannot attend a session please let us know so the event can be offered to those on a waiting list.
• There is a limit of maximum 3 bookings per service.
