Arriving in Dublin off the back of the band’s first ever sold out headline gig last month in

Cork’s An Spailpín Fánach, Skies Behind make their Whelan’s debut on Friday

November 25th as part of the iconic Whelan’s Midnight Hour.

Showcasing a diverse range of songwriting influences, Skies Behind deliver a message

of compassion and acceptance through aggressive rock music. Their energetic and

charismatic live presence will have audiences locked into a menagerie of hooky second

verses.

‘Mossy’ may just be your new favourite shoegaze/ Alt Rock band. Formed initially as a

song-writing duo between Emma Maguire (Vocals and rhythm guitar) and Brian

McDonnell (Lead guitar) Mossy came to fruition with the addition of Bassist Joe O’ Reilly

and Drummer Kate Dunlea in late 2019. Cork based - The foursome have played with

the likes of local post- hardcore legends ‘Red Sun Alert’, Math/ Rock Noise boys ‘God

Alone’ as well as Dublin fellow shoegaze band ‘Floorshow’.
