The workshop will be delivered by Deirdre McSwiney, who has been working in the field of sleep medicine for over 20 years. As a sleep technologist she helped set up the Sleep Disorders Laboratory in the Mater Private Hospital and is also trained in cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). Finishing in the hospital, four years ago she now has set up her private practice and operates from two locations in Dublin. Patients can attend face-to face sessions or in a small group format.
