  • Nipping cravings in the bud & what to do when you just can't escape
  • Making nourishing sugar-free treats even your kids will love

Week 4:

  • Inflammation, oxidative damage and weight loss
  • How to balance gut naturally to burn instead of store fat
  • Top ten antioxidant rich foods for glowing skin

Week 5:

  • Raw versus cooked and how much is enough for weight loss
  • Intermittent fasting, exercise and other ways to boost your metabolism
  • Making your new lifestyle work on budget or when on a tight schedule

Week 6:

  • Optimising your nutrition in social settings
  • Tips on getting enough Calcium, Protein, Iron and other nutrients while finding your ideal weight
  • Creating a nourishing self-care plan you can actually stick with

Every week you'll have a new action to put into practice, so you start creating nourishing and healing environment inside your body and start moving towards your goal.

You'll also get recipes to see how you can release weight in a delicious way with respect to your body and health.

Lenka combines her expertise as a vegan nutritionist and former nurse with her passion for a natural plant-based lifestyle.

She has been helping others with:

  • Weight management
  • Reducing cravings and overeating
  • Weaning of refined sugar
  • Reducing inflammation
  • Hormonal balance
  • Transitioning to a healthy plant-based diet

She encourages people to use food as medicine, so they break free from a lifetime of pain, dieting and deprivation.

Drawing on years of experience as a nutritional therapist she creates a nutrition plan customised to her client's needs taking into account their lifestyle, habits, medical history, current diet and goals they want to achieve. As a nutritionist based in South Dublin, she offers sessions in person as well as online.

Lenka also runs short programs for small groups focused on weight loss and on how to use whole plant foods to thrive. She presents regularly at health summits to pass on her knowledge as a registered nutritional therapist in the area of plant-based nutrition.
