Explore and experience the power of reframing your approach to health and wellbeing through small steps. Guided by experienced therapists (meditation, nutrition and lifestyle, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, neurolinguistic coaching) you will be given simple tools to implement in your everyday life.

Nutrition with Clare

  • Interactive exercise looking at 2-3 health concerns.

  • Implementing small steps to reduce ‘overwhelm’ which will have a positive impact on those health concerns.

  • Gut health and fermented foods, with tastings of a variety of fermented drinks and foods.

Meditation with Edel

  • Transform fear, anxiety, and stress by opening up to your intuition.

  • Release burdens with ease from a space of self love.
