Helen Vaughan, Psychotherapist, will host a one-hour webinar for parents of teenagers that may be dealing with stress & social anxiety

About this event

This workshop will provide support for parents who are dealing with teenagers feeling anxious after living through a pandemic. It will cover tips for teenagers anxious after going back to school, dealing with social anxiety, grief/loss and any stress around reengaging with the world as society reopens.

Helen Vaughan is a Psychotherapist, broadcaster & owner of Maynooth Counselling & Psychotherapy. She’s a regular contributor in the media on mental health issues, having worked as a radio and TV journalist for 15 years before becoming a therapist.
