Do you feel stuck in your body? Are emotions from the past whispering in your muscles, your breath, your nervous system?


Join us for a transformative somatic breathwork session designed to release lingering trauma, calm the nervous system, and restore freedom to your body and heart.


What’s Included

– A gentle opening to bring you into the present, grounding you in your body and breath.

– Guided somatic breathwork to the rhythm of traditional drum beats — rhythmic breathing anchored in the body, supported by deep, primal drum patterns that help you drop out of the thinking mind and into embodied awareness.

– A safe, nurturing space for whatever arises — movement, sound, emotion, or stillness.

– A peaceful integration end phase with gentle sound healing to help your body and energy settle into calm and balance.

This session is for you if you:

– Feel emotionally or physically stuck from past experiences or trauma.

– Sense that talking therapies only took you so far and you have more blockages stored in your body.

– Are ready to feel, release, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

‍Practical Info

– Location: The Tree House, Poulshone, co. Wexford.

– Group Sessions start at 7pm and last 1.5 to 2 hours.

– Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

– Bring a mat, blanket and cushion as we will be laying on the floor.

– Allow time afterwards to rest, hydrate, and integrate.
