Sonia O'Sullivan - Track/Speed Session - 15th July

Brendan will take a group to do a speed session on the Sonia O'Sullivan track behind the Mardyke Arena. Details of the session will be posted on the CTC website

This session be limited to 20 registered attendees only.

Therefore please only register if certain can attend. No substitutions. Coaches will check vs register and any non registered people will not be allowed participate.

We have asked TI, if the screening questions perclude healthcare workers from taking part in training sessions, an they have advised that as long as proper precautions are taken, then it will be ok. They will update the guidelines shortly.
