The prevailing energy of the Nov 8th full lunar eclipse on the south node of the moon is asking us to graduate from something in our lives. The lessons have been completed but have you handed them in and graduated?

Themes to consider at this time : are there life lessons you have completed but not graduated from?

The eclipse energy portal offers us a chance for quantum growth, windows of opportunity are wide open at this time. The full moon conjunct the south node is a big opportunity for release. Something very familiar, that has been a part of us for a long time has become toxic and needs to go. It is related to perceived security and could be a person, job, house, idea, identity.

The energy in the sky is supporting this release. Demanding it.

I will be working with the Gong, Yoga Nidra and the energy of Reiki throughout.


There will be gentle movement, breathing exercises and some mantra.


Bring a yoga/fitness/pilates/camping mat to lie on, bring your own blankets and pillows for under your knees (great for achey backs), bring an eye cover yoke or scarf.

Wear loose warm clothing. While the room is fully heated, do dress appropriately if you are prone to getting cold. Wear woolly socks! Bring a bottle of water.
