Soundscape Journey/Sound Bath Concert

About the Event

Join us for a 90-minute Sound Bath Concert in Drumhierny Woodland Escape in Leitrim. This special event will feature a beautiful artistic collaboration, creating a sound experience unlike any other. You will be enveloped by the soothing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and the calming sounds of handpan and flute, designed to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.

Artists:

• Kasia Slabon – handpan, gongs, drums, singing bowls (15 years of experience in facilitating gong baths in Ireland, musician, trauma-sensitive facilitator)

• Lukasz Krzywon – solfeggio pipes, gongs, Rav Vast (15 years of experience in facilitating gong baths in Ireland, musician, composer)

• Witek Kulczycki – keyboard, flutes, guitars (Multiinstrumentalist and vocalist. Former leader of the Irish music band Duan. Composer, arranger, and session musician recording music for computer games, and for the promotion thereof – ‘The Witcher’, ‘Green Hell: Spirits Of Amazonia’,  ‘Clash II’, as well as the ‘Imperial settlers’ )

  
  

  What to Expect:

  
  

  • A 90-minute sound relaxation session designed to calm the nervous system and support emotional well-being.

  • An opportunity to experience the concert in a unique venue with incredible acoustics, making this a one-of-a-kind event.

  • This is a lying-down sound concert. You will relax on your mat while the musicians create gentle, calming sound textures using different instruments.

  What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat or something to lie on (we have limited mats available, please let us know if you need one)

  • Blanket for warmth

  • Warm socks and a flat pillow

  • Eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes

  • Water to stay hydrated

  • If you dont have a yoga mat or blanket you can add this option to your ticket, you can also buy your own eye pillow and/or eye mask

  • We are taking bookings until 31 December 2025

  • Refunds: Available until 21 days before the event.

  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins, as we will close the doors once the concert starts.

  Avoid sound bath if you have:

  Sound-triggered epilepsy and seizure disorder: (The intense vibrations and frequencies produced during a sound bath may trigger seizures in susceptible individuals.)

  Serious psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia

  Acute or Infectious Illnesses: (If you are currently experiencing an acute illness, such as a fever, flu, or contagious infection, it is recommended to avoid attending a sound bath. Participating in group sessions while ill may increase the risk of spreading the infection to others and hinder your recovery)

  Alcohol and Drug-Free Policy:

  Our sessions are alcohol and drug-free. It is a safe space for all participants. We follow a trauma-sensitive approach to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone involved. If we notice anyone intoxicated, we will unfortunately have to ask them to leave without a refund.

  Alcohol or drugs may alter the experience, cause disturbance to other participants (such as deep snoring, unpleasant smells, or triggering emotional memories) Even a small glass of wine can significantly alter your experience. Please consider this before you attend the session.
