A series of Spin to Zen's will take place during bike week, a leisure cycle with a taste of yoga to help start or finish the day.

Family Spin to Zen for All

Make the most of the day and kick it off with an early morning cycle for all ages and abilities on the bike paths of Cleveragh Park and enjoy some stops along the way to get a taste of Outdoor Yoga suitable for every age and ability. A perfect way to get some Zen on for the day ahead.

Age Limit: all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Spin to Zen in the Park

Enjoy a leisure cycle along the scenic bike trails of Doorly Park through to Cleveragh followed by a taste of Outdoor Yoga. Feel refreshed and relaxed! A perfect way to recharge!

Spin to Zen at the Beach

Start your weekend right by enjoying the rugged coastline of Mullaghmore Head as the sun begins its journey to bed with spectacular views of the Wild Atlantic Way, the iconic Classiebawn Castle and the beautiful Bunduff Lake followed by a taste of Yoga while the sun sets all to the sound of the Ocean. What a way to end the week.

Spin to Zen at the Caves

Pedal across the rolling green hills and lowlands around before reaching the Caves of Keash to experience by a taste of Outdoor Yoga. Feel refreshed and energised! A perfect way to start the day!

Bike Week is a celebration and promotion of all that’s great about bikes and cycling. Held over a week each year with bike themed events organised by local authorities, community groups and cycling groups throughout Ireland.
