Join us for our Spring Fermentation Course here at Sweet As... on Sunday February 16th from 11am to 4pm.

Led by plant-based chef Carolanne Rushe

Students will learn how to make fermented drinks and foods such as kombucha, kimchi, fermented condiments, seasonal fruit soda and fermented root veg.

You will also make your own ferment to take home.

The class will be hands on with some bonus recipes shared at the end of class.

A recipe booklet will be provided for each student, bring a notebook and pen if you wish to take additional notes.
