About this Event

Enhance your year - and your life - with this Spring mindfulness experience, includng mindful awareness, acceptance, self-compassion and gratitude.

Mindfulness reduces stress and enhances your general well-being.

Self-compassion helps you to be a true friend to the person you already are - you don't have to wait until you're perfect!

Gratitude gives you a boost to your sense of well-being and positivity.

Acceptance can help you to move on with your life.

Where and when can I take part?

Anywhere and any time you've got an internet connection. And as most of the material is downloadable, you won't even need an internet connection except for the free Zoom event on the last day.

A Zoom event with Padraig O’Morain on the last evening of the course (Irish time). Afterwards, each participant will receive a link to an edited video of the Zoom event.

​What if I can't keep up because of work or holidays (or even work or life in general)?

Don't worry, the course will be there for you when you get back. You can postpone at any time.

Can I buy a place for a friend?

Yes. I recommend you buy it as if for yourself and then send the enrolment link (which I will send you) to your friend who can take it from there.

Can I get a CPD certificate?

Yes, contact me after you have finished the week.
