Ian O’ Sullivan is Co-founder and CCO of Legit Fit. With an Honors Degree in business studies from CIT and several years of experience in the fitness industry, he decided to set up Legit Fit. Legit Fit was founded by Ian, Ryan O’ Neill (CEO) and, Gearoid Collins (CTO) in summer 2017. With the help of Incubators; Ignite UCC and New Frontiers CIT, Legit Fit was able to bring their software solution for Health and Fitness businesses to market in 2019 and now hundreds of businesses in 7 countries.

Customers are the foundation of any company’s success and growth. When you are starting out you may not have as much money as your competitors, your product may not be as good as theirs yet. The one thing you can do better than your competitors is the care and detail you put into your customers and their journey with you. Instilling that culture of genuinely caring for your customers will allow you to grow and scale your business with the help of your customers because they will be champions of your product and service. Not only will they get you more customers but may even become investors. It's easy for a competitor to copy a feature or process but copying a culture is much harder to do.
