About this event

We all face challenges and our resilience can be sorely tested. The intention behind this session is to share with you a model of how our internal thoughts impact our resilience

In all the challenges that we face our internal dialogue can feed our own inner judge, our perception of ourselves that we are not good enough.

However this is only one perspective we can equally learn to nurture our sense of self esteem and value, and in doing so be better able to meet our daily challenges.

In just 1 hour you will gain a greater understanding of your own internal mental dialogue and also learn some techniques that you can apply straight away to support you to feel less stressed and better able to deal with day to day challenges
